Notice on Announcing the List of the Fourth Batch of Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2023

To the Bureaus of Industry and Information Technology of each city (including Dingzhou and Xinji cities), and the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area:

In accordance with the provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Hebei Province" (Jing Gong Xin Qi Ye Han [2022] No. 611) and the requirements of the "Notice on Organizing the Evaluation Work for the Fourth Batch of Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2023", the Department of Industry and Information Technology has organized and completed the evaluation and review work for the fourth batch of Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2023 according to the prescribed procedures. The list of enterprises that have passed the evaluation is hereby announced, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

It is confirmed that 1329 enterprises, including Shijiazhuang Tuntai New Material Technology Co., Ltd., are recognized as the fourth batch of Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in 2023 (see the attachment for the list). The recognition is valid for three years from the date of announcement.

The Department of Industry and Information Technology implements dynamic management of the recognized Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Enterprises must re-evaluate and apply for assessment in the year their validity period expires. Enterprises that do not apply or fail the assessment review will have their Hebei Province Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise designation automatically revoked.

All city-level bureaus (and Xiong'an New Area) are requested to conscientiously summarize and plan comprehensively, survey the number of enterprises, set reasonable targets, formulate local measures for the gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), intensify cultivation efforts, and effectively organize and implement the 2024 gradient cultivation work to further expand the group of innovative SMEs in the province. For the recognized innovative SMEs, efforts in service development must be strengthened, publicity efforts continuously intensified, and favorable policies supporting SME development effectively implemented. Vigorously promote the construction of the SME public service system, integrate service resources, enhance service capabilities, guide service institutions to efficiently carry out various service activities around enterprise needs, help enterprises adhere to their main business, improve management quality and level, and strive to cultivate more specialized and sophisticated SMEs with better development quality.
