Notice of the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Announcing the 2024 Second Batch
of Hebei Provincial Industrial Enterprise R&D Institutions
To the Bureaus of Industry and Information Technology of each city (including Dingzhou and Xinji cities), and the Reform and Development Bureau of Xiong'an New Area:
In order to continuously stimulate the innovation vitality of industrial enterprises and constantly enhance their independent innovation capabilities, the industrial and information technology systems of the whole province have taken proactive measures to actively guide enterprises to increase R&D investment and solidly promote the construction of R&D institutions in industrial enterprises. Since the second quarter, upon the voluntary application of enterprises and the review of the competent authorities, the R&D institutions of 286 enterprises, including Zhongdong Cable Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Zhongren Emergency Rescue Co., Ltd., have met the requirements of the "Measures for the Administration of the Identification and Management of Hebei Provincial Industrial Enterprise R&D Institutions" and are hereby announced.
Please ensure that the industry and information technology authorities at the city and county levels focus on the high-quality development of the province's 9 major industrial leading industries and county-specific characteristic industry clusters, continuously strengthen guidance and support for enterprises, encourage enterprises to increase innovation investment, actively promote the upgrading of enterprise R&D institutions, strive to enhance enterprise innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, and boost the high-quality development of the province's industrial economy.
